You are the best teacher I have taken from that is really hooked in to the current stuff and
doesn't try to stereotype people and put them in comedy boxes if you know what I
mean....Anyway, I would love to take another class with you.
- Valerie (DC Improv Student)
You've really broken up the approach into a manageable, logical process. And, you've got a
way of supporting people that let's everyone know they can succeed. Pretty awesome."
- Marlene (Smithsonian Student)
"Matt Kazam! He was wonderful -- entertaining, yet knowledgeable about the subject
matter. The whole concept of crowd fusing is great. He was really funny too. I'd like to see his
stand up act."
- Laura (DC Improv Student)
"It struck me, having taken a lot of other public speaking courses, how this class was very
similar in some respects (know the audience, relaxation, preparation, etc.) and very different
(timing of messages/jokes, structure of the set vs. the actual jokes that go in). Awesome.
Loved it. Worth the money if just for the experience and the perspective on the job."
- Rob (DC Improv Student)
"Thank you Matt. You have forever changed my life. You are the best instructor I have ever
had. I have dreamed of being comic my whole life but was always overcome with stage-fright
and not being able to write a joke. Thank you again Matt."
(DC Improv Student)
"Again thanks- I have thought about how amazing it is that a true industry guy, somebody
who actually makes a living off of this, is willing to open up the black box and give us a leg
up. Damn! Thanks!"
(DC Improv Student)
"I wanted to sincerely thank you for your instruction, inspiration, and ideas in this class. I had
a blast tonight, when I walked on that stage it was like when the power comes back on after
a storm and every light in the house comes on. I had stage fright in the rehearsal in class,
but absolutely none tonight."
(DC Improv Student)
